  • Cholesterol < 200mg: 176, 67, 132, 4,
  • Vegetables > 3 / day: 3, 5, 5, 2
  • Protein > 50 g / day: 38, 40, 62, 35
  • Do something I've never done before:
Half an awesome sourdough baguette, no meat, few vegetables. fresh squeezed juice.
