Epixi, I think you will have a loss you are doing great with your goals. And I agree Carolynnq is rocking that no flour, no sugar goal.
I, like Mike, ate seafood this weekend but I did not drink any extra water to compensate
for the sodium.
My goals went pretty well this week and I finished off 11k for walking so I am pleased with that.
