Welcome, Trent. FitDay is great for accountability - I can't tell you how many times I've not eaten something because I didn't want to have to enter it into my food log. It doesn't always work though - today I ate and entered 2 potato chips into my log - but I stopped at 2 instead of eating the whole bag.
If you want some more accountability - and encouragement - there's a weekly motivation thread you might want to look at and join in if you'd like. A new thread starts each Monday. People post their daily goals for the week and report back about how they're doing.
