  • Vegetables > 3 / day: 2, 1, 3, 2, 1, 7
  • Workout > 150 min/wk: 60, 0, 55, 0, 0, 0
  • Protein > 50 g / day: 55, 69, 37, 50, 51, 115
Mike: Ate more meat yesterday, had a t-bone for dinner. Plenty of protein, and calories in that. Will you be in the 70s tomorrow?
