Hi Everybody,

DancerinJade- Welcome, yes the carbs...I had plenty of those weeks and
drinks....im up this week...but I new it...not surprised...next week I will
be better

Outdrsgrl05- sorry for the loss n breakup... each day you will get stronger.... seem like your wt plan is a good one! plenty of water too

Mari66- great job

Chris- you are so close my friend

144.6 for me today....no more snacks and good food this week or drinks
