Has anyone tried the HCG diet? It has changed a little. They've added the miracle noodles, turkey, and you can mix 2-3 veggies at a time. It's really not that hard to do. I am not going to starve, so twice a day, I eat the 4 oz. of meat, 2-3 veggies (until I'm full), and I eat a fruit for breakfast and a snack. I just started this week, but I've been on it before. It's amazing when you see the weight disappear.
