Hello there!!! Im new at this and I so need to lose like 20 pounds!!! Ive tried several diets and workouts but the problem for me is that the longest Ive lasted at any type of program to lose weight has been like 15 days and then I gain all the weight back!! I cant seem to be able to maintain the routine!! Well here I go again!! hope it works!!!
