I think I'm on the verge of seeing an ab or two. Actually the reason I'm doing abs so much is a friend challenged me to a plank challenge for April. I can't turn down a challenge.
Besides that, big 3 lifts along with some assistance lifts, and I'm actually sucking it up and throwing in some cardio this time.
SF is a fun city. Unfortunately I've got a wedding to go to and Mother's Day is that same weekend, so I'll probably be booked up. Might be in NOLA in the summer though!
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
