Hi I need to lose some weight as I've gained a lot in the last couple years, since starting a sedentary job.
I've really been struggling so hopefully sharing ideas with others might help me along. Also recording the food I eat has been one of the more helpful things that I've done in the past.
Looking at some of the posts on here it seems that people are having some success, hopefully I can do the same.
Hoping to lose about 20kg or so, really need to get rid of the belly.
