GOALS
1. 4 servings of fruits and veggies 3
2. 6 glasses of water minimum yes
3. Eat within carb limit (no fooling on this one!) a little over
4. Exercise 5X for 30 mins (even if it's 15 mins twice) yes
5. No donuts, muffins--JUST COFFEE!!! yes
6. Lose 2lbs--Putting this out there as a goal so at least have it in my head
7. Log no

Personal Goal
Start spring cleaning--especially cleaning out spare bedroom not yet
