Welcome back Mern, you fell into an old rut and then pulled yourself back out. There have been lots of slips the past week or 2, you were not alone........

For those who've asked my back is not better yet because I was always trying to work it out before and apparently reinjured myself so this is baby steps this time. Let it actually heal. The hot water bottle is my new best friend. Almost went for a walk- it is cold out though so haven't made it yet.
