Lightbulb Starting Today

New here, want to share my story and how I can change myself.

I am 21, in college and have ballooned over the past four years. I came out of high school weighing about 220 lbs, and didn't think too much of it. I had played football, basketball, and track, plus I was used to keeping weight on for football season.

When I came to college I joined the crew team for the first 3 months of school (I'd never done it before and ended up getting cut) and dropped from around that 215~220 mark down to under 200 lbs.

Now, 3.5 years later, I am a couple months from graduation and am weighing in at just under 250 lbs. I kept using excuses like, "I'm busy" or "I'll start eventually" to hold me back from really starting what I want to do.

I am currently working out 3 days a week for roughly an hour. I know that my diet is really what is lacking, but my plan is to stick to chicken and rice mostly.

Any encouragement, suggestions, or anything else is greatly appreciated!
