So this weekend has been an entire bust
. Normally I would want to hide (and I still sort of feel that way) but all the honesty and positive energy here makes me feel like I'm not so alone.
To help keep motivated, my husband and I may register for a race. I did a few 5 kms and one 10 kms a few years back and was in great shape at the time. Maybe it will have the same effect now.
