Hey everyone! I'm just starting my weight-loss journey, again. So far in the past week I've lost 8lb without any added exercise. So this Slow-Carb diet appears to be working pretty well so far. Today is cheat day so I get to eat a ton of junk, and it's not supposed to effect my results. (we'll see about that lol).
In this thread are we supposed to share our weekly goals & such?
Starting weight: 262 lbs. 03/17/13
Current weight: 250.5lbs 04/17/13
Total weight lost so far: 11.5 lb
Goal #1: 199 By Jan 1st 2014
Goal weight: 150 lbs
