Question A message to introduce myself

I thought about checking this site out. so far its a excellent site, and I like the way you can add up the calories and see what your eating. and it has totally surprised me on the results and its not good lol. Can anyone tell me on how many calories should I be having a day and how much carbs and fat and protein percentage I should be consuming. thks
