Hello everyone! I used to belong to fitday a few years ago. With using this site daily and frequent exercise and healthy eating, I was able to lose around 40 pounds. I felt great and enjoyed exercising. Then...I fell of the wagon. In the past few years I have gained almost 75 pounds. Now I am finally motivated to come back and try this again.
