Default Exercises with a broken foot?

I broke my foot 4 weeks ago and still am not allowed to put weight on it. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for exercise. I have tried hand weights, but they make my arms hurt which then makes it difficult to use the crutches.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
