3) log food -yes
4) stay below 1200 calories-877
5) be a stretchy mama -yes
6) practice Spanish per favore -si
7) meditate: SERENITY NOW... no

I feel a lot better today, thankfully.

one egg, one egg white
no nitrite bacon
Lunch
grass fed slider
salad
Dinner
4 oz chicken breast
zucchini
Snacks:
apple
cup of grapes
12-15 cocoa almonds
