Everyone is different so trying the different ways suggested is a great way to find what works for you.
Personally, I LIKE to eat late at night so that's what I do. Some people like to eat in the morning so they do. I don't because it makes me feel sluggish.
As long as I stick to my cals/macros it doesn't matter that that I eat most of my calories late at night because that is what works for me.
