Missed yesterday. Today probably wasn't much better but I'm logging it anyway. At least the brownies are all gone at work, so I won't have them staring at me on Monday.

>20% protein - 22%, 21%, 26%, 29% (!), 24%
walk on days off - yes (3k+), worked, yes (3.3k), yes (pedometers were useless, guessing about 3k?), worked
weights/calisthenics on days off - no, worked, no, some, worked
