Congrats on your success! I need to get moving and improve my eating habit. What kind of exercise programs did you do to achieve your goals? How many days a week did you work out? I am currently 185 lbs and 5'4" and I want to loose 50 lbs. I do have lots of workout dvd's at home, however, it doesn't help much if I am not doing them. I probably could open a small store. lol I appreciate any feedback you can offer. Thanks!
