Plan:
1 egg, 1 egg white with bacon on Ezkiel English muffin (did it, no muffin)
chicken and salad
dinner at Gumbo Shop:
split etouffee and gumbo with DH or have blackened fish and veg
Snacks:
fruit
nuts
dried okra
tea
sardines
