Default Just a tiny rant about food labeling

If I pick up a loaf of bread with "100% whole grains* and *sugar free* on the label, in what universe does it make sense that *brown sugar* is the third ingredient? For all the world, as if the color of the sugar makes a difference to your metabolism or pancreas.

Argh!! Rant over.
