thanks! you too! just like it was a habit to over eat, or eat junk, it becomes a habit to eat what you need, and eat healthy foods (granted it took me 2 years to make it a habit)

1995-2011 240+ lbs
2011-2012 calorie counting
2012-present 160 lbs
fitness history:
body looks soft/weak (skinny-fat) in many places
