Played hooky from work yesterday and went to the gym in the early am.
Ran/ walked on the tredmill for an hour and alternated from jogging to fast walk on the incline for an hour.
I then hit the weights and did a few sets of squats & deadlifts. I then moved to the machines and did some leg presses and leg extensions and then finished off my work out on the ab machine.
I also did a about 4 hours of painting later in the afternoon on a side job.
