Daily exercise reporting...
Love it -- reviving it!

Today's workout:
3 laps up my favorite stretch of stairs with a load.
  • Weight vest load: 22lbs -- 13.25% of body weight
  • Total elevation gain: 1,255ft
  • Total distance: 3.5mi
  • Time: about 50min
