  • Cholesterol < 250mg: 56, 202
  • Protein > 50 g: 47, 81
  • Vegetables > 3 / day: N, Y
  • Calories < 1500 (M-F): 1248, 1216
  • Calories < 1800 (Sat, Sun):
Feta cheese in my greek salad at lunch pushed up the cholesterol. Didn't quite make the 40 minutes of exercise, either. Other than that, doing well.
