I've been out of control for the past few days!! I wasn't even going to post but how else do I hold myself accountable?? Don't even want to step on the scale. Saturday is one month tracking & I don't think I'll be down at all
I'm not getting exercise which I know would help. Since dealing with the shoulder pain that's all I'm focused on. Physio yesterday stirred it up again & been uncomfortable all day
I don't have the energy to get out of bed at 5:00 a.m. to use the gym before starting work at 7:00 either. I hope I snap out of this soon. Even just typing this note is helping
