  • Protein > 50 g: Daily Average: 86.1
  • Sugar < (??? g): So-so.
  • Vegetables > 3 /day: 4 days yes, 3 days no (57%)
  • Calories < 1750: Daily Average: 1644
Four out of six goals met. Not half bad.

  • Cholesterol < 250mg:
  • Protein > 50 g:
  • Vegetables > 3 / day:
  • Calories < 1500 (M-F):
  • Calories < 1800 (Sat, Sun):
