Yay I lost!
10 pounds in 2 weeks! Woo hoo!
It was a huge shocker when I stepped on the scale.
I do not own a scale at home. I am afraid to buy one for fear of obsessing. My boyfriend owns one and I weigh myself when I visit his place (every 2 weeks-he visits me otherwise).
February 8th I weighed about 183. This past Friday (2/22) I weighed myself (after a big meal) and I was 171.4. Saturday morning it was a bit more (172.5ish) so I rounded up to 173.
I am shocked it was that big of a loss. My clothes have been a bit loser but not to the point I thought I lost that much weight. I figured a few pounds.
THIS is the motivation I needed to stay on course! AND-I have revised my goal. Originally I wanted to get down to 160 by the middle of May (Florida vaca) but now I am shooting for 155-18 pounds in 12 weeks. Praying if I do happen to hit a plateau before then I don't give up :-)

Congrats i am looking this type of realistic goals which can be achieved easily. Keeping unnatural goals like shredding 10 or 20 pounds in a week is probably not true and even if you try you may face serious health issues. So keep setting small goals, i think you can go up to 135 pounds
