Good morning Jenn. Happy to report that I have a snowed in day and am not going to work.

Ok and time to be serious about goals:

1. Cals 1200-1400
2. At least 1 green tea per day.
3. Bring healthy lunch to work.
4. Re-up water.
5. Gently re-introduce some exercise.
