Looks like most of us are set up for a good week. Now to finish it strong and carry through on the weekend!
I feel my workout in my thighs & quads today. I am surprised. I thought I would feel it in my arms & shoulders. They are fine though. Sitting & standing up takes thought today and steps can be a challenge. But I will get through this and just might do it again tonight. I know ... day of rest and all that ... but that doesn't seem to work for me. I like to do it day in and day out while I have the momentum & drive to keep going.
