Yes , this is good diet plan .
BUt the weight should be gained by some exercise or any exercise is way better.

If you are thinking to gain weight by only eating , this will grow your tummy larger, to avoid this try to do little more exercise so that you r whole body will get muscles and it will look good !!

so try swimming and weight lifting exercise it is very good for you !!
