Cool Also...

A substitute for green smoothies? I guess just eat all the fruit and veggies you were going to blend together.

Has anyone done this and have tips for me? I do not want to gain all the weight back. I really think I should go back to eating my dinner with smoothies only twice a day.

Is anyone going to do this with me? Come on! Anybody?
