olives have good fat, but high sodium, eat in moderation as well as raw nuts – only 7-10 nuts per serving, not a handful. Veggies do not have to be raw, lightly steamed or blanched helps. A smidge of almond butter on celery is yummy and sustaining! it also helps to grow metabolism faster !!
