I suggest 2 things both easy to accomplish. Start with introducing extra virgin coconut oil into your system this is a MCT that will start to heal your thyroid which has become damaged from processed foods over time. I eat 3 to 4 tsps a day of XVCO and feel great. It is a a full saturated fat but the way your body deals with medium chain tryglecerides brings a lot of natural health issues into control. The second is to start eating raw fruit to bring your GI under control.
