Question Losing weight

This is absolutely correct. Activity in terms of tunning, walking, reading, sleeping, along with eating Healthy Products, (low Carb, low Sodium, high protein) will help reduce fat, trim the body and increase energy. Smaller meals are better as well for the digestion
