Hi Everyone I am here and in for the week

. I worked a double shift yesterday for inventory so calories were probably good as I was to busy to eat a lot and was running around like a crazy person. I will calculate calories tonight and catch up on the posts but for now its back to work for me. Have a great day everyone.
