Lunch: pork tenderloin chili with black soybeans, broccoli slaw
Dinner: baked cod, more mashed broccoli and soybean combination, tossed salad with ranch dressing
Snacks: almonds, tuna with Walden Farms Russian dressing, and homemade chocolate, coconut, and almond protein squares
