Plan for Saturday
scrambled eggs (not much in the house)
roast chicken and salad
fish (I'm thinking some nice grilled salmon) and veg
Snacks:
nuts
cheese stick
almond milk shake
kippers or sardines

Who was it who talked aobut roasting a chicken for the week? Good idea!!!

I will be back. I'm hungry.
