Hello everyone!

I'm happy to report that overall I've been very good with sticking to clean eating. There was the 'exception' of two small batches of stove-cooked popcorn over the last two days. It's not ideal, but I think my time of month is approaching and I've been having insane cravings. I had gotten down to 116 for a couple days (1 pound from goal!) and now I'm up to 117.6 again. Oh well. This is where I normally give up and throw all good habits out the window, but not this time. I'm just going to wait it out and see what happens.

Chris- Congrats on making that workout! Your husband sounds very supportive.

Becca- It looks like you're back on track! Woot!
