Talking trying to hang on

I have been trying to learn this low carb thing since end of Nov. i have lost 30 lbs so far but having trouble staying on 30 carbs or less a day. I have not gotten the strips to test the urine but that is on my next steps list so i can make sure im staying were i need to. I have just joined this site and started tracking my foods but the food tracker does not track net carbs so it messes me up sometimes. I too have over 100 lbs to lose and would liketo stick with this process but need some support and creative eating ideas to keep me in the 20 to 30 carb range...i did have a simple question if anyone knows please let me know. what number carbs per day do you need to be eating :to keep losing?? it seems this last few weeks i go down then i go up on a few lbs. Not sure if im low enough on my carbs?? Look forward to chating with eveyone and learning new tools to beet the buldge:
