I'm in for the week, too. My goals will be much the same, plus the water goal.
1.) Less than or around 1400 calories/day
2.) Follow C25k program
3.) Walk to car at least x4
4.) Drink 64 oz. water/day
5.) Figure out basal rates (pronto)
