Hi R,

Way to go for getting back on track and setting goals for yourself. That is great! I just started FitDay a week ago. I have always struggled with my weight, but I am at an 'all-time high' with my weight right now, and can't believe I let it get this out of control. Have participated in various weight loss systems/groups over the years, most of which I found people just sat around and talked about food! lol I even considered surgery. But I think I hit rock bottom recently, and am just ready to do it, and to do it sensibly. I want this more than anything.

That is very good advice and something I am going to keep in mind. Thanks for that.
