eggs whites and ham - egg whites and chicken sausagechicken breast and salad - chicken, broccoli, spinach and onions in sf ff sauce
chicken thighs and veg - fish fajitas ( alot)
nuts
fruit - apple?
lox or sardines
Vitamuffin or 94% ff popcorn
