OK kids here are this weeks goals:
1) Follow the half marathon training program without deviating.
2) Calories 1341
3) Drink 48 ounces of water daily
4) cross train at least 2 x week
5) Stop negative thoughts and replace them with positive (this will be challenging)

height: 5'3
re-start wt: 136
Current wt: 136
goal wt: 120 even 125 by 4/27/13...when i do my first half marathon
