egg whites, mushrooms, scallions and ham (seems to work)
turkey or ham sammie with lettuce
fish and veg
Snacks:
nuts
Vitamuffin
fruit

I am DETERMINED to lose these last 7 pounds!!!!! DETERMINED do ya hear me? DETERMINED!!!!
