Alright, happy new year everyone!
Gonna join in, even if for only the last half of this week!
Didn't do as well as I was hoping calorie wise, and other lol, on new years, but I'm back at it now. I'm nowhere near where I was, so a pound or two is nothing I need complain about!
For the rest of the week, here are my goals:
1) Make at least one homemade meal
2) Exercise
3) Drink more water
4) Start weight training
5) Keep checking in
