I added my multi when I first started. But then resolved to just eat real food, the nutrients are more bio available. I just watched my graphs and searched google for food highest in what I was lacking, and ate those.
Open your mind and take a look a paleo/primal. Eat the way humans have eaten for 100,000 years, not the 10,000 year old agriculture diet, or the 60 year old low fat diet.
