I've worked hard and lost 40 lbs last year. i'd like to lose another 50 this year. I'm 46 years old and looking for someone to communicate with regularly for motivation, recipes and advise. Some good moral support would be appreciated. I find it difficult to stick to my healthy eating plan, I revert back to my bad habits too easily. I like that there is this free tool on-line to track calories and exercise, that's very nice.
